Fees for single entry affiliation fee will be accepted in any Intermediate and Junior series at a rate of $50.00 per team before May 31 st. of the current year

In Intermediate Men, Junior Men, Intermediate Ladies, each team must post a performance bond of $100.00 at the time of their application.

Minor series single entries are $50.00 per team affiliated before May 31st.

No team can enter the playoffs or tournaments until the Affiliation fee and the Tournament entry fee and players fees are paid in full.

All Teams must have Certified Coaches Certificates, Respect In Sport Certificate numbers, Insurance Application, Insurance Rosters (must be supplied when applying for insurance).

The affiliation fee must be forwarded to the ORSA Treasurer upon application for membership.

Make all remittances payable to O.R.S.A. (Treasurer) or send an E transfer to payment@ontarioruralsoftballassociation.ca

The O.R.S.A. shall charge a $50.00 fee for reserving dates for sanctioned tournaments.

Should a Tournament Style Playoff not be used, then at all playoff games, the O.R.S.A. must receive 20 percent of the gross gate with the total gate amount shown on the financial sheet. NOTE: the minimum O.R.S.A. share shall be $10.00 for any playoff game up to and including the final game.
Registration Fees for each Team for the Playoff Tournaments will be:
U11 / U13 $450.00
U15 $475.00
U17 / U19/U20/U23 $525.00
$150.00 of each of the Team Fees goes to the Host.
Each team participating in Grand Championship is to pay $525.00 of which $250.00 goes to the Host
