3: Board of Directors to include Peter Timpf,Wayne Triemstra,Jim Clark,Russ Ashford
4: That the ORSA Past Presidents to be eligible to vote on the Board
5: In 2024 for Female Divisions at least 1 Female on the Coaching Staff
6: In Tournament/s with time Limit. Time starts after 1st Pitch is thrown legal or illegal
7: Each team must have a Coach with a Community Softball Clinic Certificate or equivalent
8: Affiliation Date for 2024 by May 1st for $30 per team after that date it will be $50 per team
9: All rosters to be submitted by May 31st
10: That steel spikes be allowed in U15 Boys to go with Softball Canada Rules
11: That the ORSA AGM be changed to be after the Softball Canada AGM and Softball Ontario Summit
