All On Field Coaching staff must have completed a FOCS 1 & 2 online Coaching Course and have a valid NCCP # registered in the Coaching Association of Canada’s Coaches Locker.
For U15 Divisions and above, One Coach must have completed a Community Sport Coaching Clinic, or higher, by May 1, 2026. The ORSA and Softball Ontario staff are working on dates and locations for the 1 day clinics.
New in 2026, All On Field Coaching Staff must complete the Online Course “Making Ethical Decisions” by May 31st, 2026. This course is available through NCCP’s “The Locker”.
For U15 Divisions and above, by May 31st, 2027, Two On Field Coaching Staff must have completed a 1 day Community Sport Coaching Clinic.
As a reminder: All players ,parents and coaching staff must complete a “Respect in Sport” online program and have a “Respect in Sport number” to register and be eligible to play in the ORSA Provincials.
